Het overzicht bevat 1.527 actieve verzorgingshuizen verspreid over alle 12 provincies, afkomstig uit het handelsregister van de Kamer van Koophandel (KvK) en maandelijks geverifieerd. Het exacte aantal verandert doordat bedrijven zich in- en uitschrijven en fuseren.
De provincie met de meeste verzorgingshuizen is Noord-Holland, gevolgd door de andere Randstad-provincies. De volledige verdeling per provincie hierboven laat zien welk aandeel elke provincie heeft.

Elk record bevat de bedrijfsnaam, het volledige adres, telefoonnummer, zakelijk e-mailadres (waar beschikbaar), website, KvK-nummer, btw-nummer, bedrijfsgrootte, omzetklasse en oprichtingsjaar. De gegevens komen uit de KvK- en CBS-bronnen en worden maandelijks opnieuw geverifieerd.
Maandelijks. Bij elke update verwijderen we opgeheven bedrijven en voegen we nieuwe inschrijvingen uit het laatste KvK-bestand toe. De regel "Laatst bijgewerkt" boven aan deze pagina toont de meest recente datum.
