HubSpot CRM integration
CompanyData Enrichment is a HubSpot app that enriches company records with verified data from official government trade registers—400M+ businesses across 200+ countries. Install from the HubSpot App Marketplace; no API key is required in the card. Your HubSpot portal is linked to a CompanyData account automatically when you complete OAuth during install.

Install from HubSpot
- In HubSpot, open Marketplace and search for CompanyData Enrichment.
- Click Install app and choose the HubSpot account (portal) where you want enrichment.
- Review and approve the requested permissions:
- Read and write companies
- Read and write contacts (used for CRM context during install)
- Finish OAuth. CompanyData provisions a trial account for your portal—no payment card is required at install.
After install, open Settings → Connected apps and confirm CompanyData Enrichment is listed.
Add the enrichment card
The enrichment UI lives on the company record as a CRM card. Add it once per portal (or per team layout if you use multiple record views).
- Open any company record in HubSpot.
- Click Customize (top of the record).
- Open Card library.
- Find CompanyData Enrichment and add it to the middle record tab—the main content area between the left sidebar and the right Catch-up / Activities panel.
- Save the layout.
If you do not see enrichment controls, the card may be on the right sidebar instead of the middle tab. Move it to the middle tab for the intended layout.
Enrich a company
- Open a company record that has at least a company name. Additional fields (domain, website, address, city, state, zip, country, phone) improve match quality.
- In the CompanyData Enrichment card, click Enrich.
- If several legal entities match, choose the correct one from the dropdown. Each option shows the company name with country and registration number when available.
- Review the preview (name, registration, legal type, employees, revenue, industry, status, website, location, and more).
- Click Apply to record to write the selected data into HubSpot company properties.
Each successful Apply uses one enrichment credit. Searching for matches counts toward your monthly company search limit.
Fields updated on apply
When you apply enrichment, CompanyData updates standard HubSpot company properties where data is available, including:

Registration number and legal entity type are written when your portal has the corresponding custom properties configured.
Trial and subscription
New installs include a 7-day trial with:
- 10 enrichment credits (each Apply to record uses one credit)
- 500 company searches per month (each Enrich action counts as a search)
No payment card is required to start the trial.
When the trial ends, credits are exhausted, or the monthly search limit is reached, the card shows a message and a Subscribe button. Subscribe opens CompanyData checkout in your browser (outside HubSpot) so you can choose a plan and complete payment securely.

App settings
Open Settings → Connected apps → CompanyData Enrichment in HubSpot to see:
- Credits used and remaining
- Searches used and monthly limit
- Days remaining in the trial (while active)
- A Subscribe link when you need a paid plan
You do not enter an API key on this screen. The app uses the CompanyData account linked to your portal at install time.
Troubleshooting
Connection or authorization errors
Reinstall CompanyData Enrichment from the HubSpot Marketplace and complete OAuth again so your portal is re-linked to CompanyData.
Enrich returns no matches
Ensure the company record has a recognizable name. Add country, domain, or address fields to narrow results.
Wrong company applied
Run Enrich again and pick a different match from the dropdown. Check country and registration number before applying.
Card missing on company records
Re-add the card via Customize → Card library on a company record (see Add the enrichment card).
