What Is the KBO API?
The Kruispuntbank van Ondernemingen (KBO), in French Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises (BCE), is Belgium's central business register operated by FOD Economie. Every entity gets a 10-digit ondernemingsnummer.
There is no official REST API. Programmatic access means either the Public Search SOAP webservice (an application process plus roughly €50 per 2,000 requests, XML, next-day data) or KBO Open Data: full and daily update CSV files you download, host and reload yourself, with natural-person data excluded. Financial statements live separately at the National Bank, shareholder and UBO data in restricted registers.
